If you're using POS on multiple devices and they do not communicate with each other, it means they do not sync. (Example: On a tablet, you issued the tax bill and on the other tablet the table is still open, with green color).

To check synchronization between devices, follow these steps:

Step 1:

- At the upper left icon, the one that resembles an atom, should show you at least the figure 1 next to it. The figure that appears must comply to the number of devices your device views. Always the same number should appear on the devices. (Example: we have 2 tablets and  figure 1 must appear, because tablet I only syncs with tablet II.)

If the number does not match the device sync, click on this icon, then choose Search devices.

Step 2:

- Shut down and restart the wifi on the device. If you have a computer, you can directly remove the Internet cable from it, then re-enter it. You can also close and reopen the internet router or the device.

Step 3:

- Check that devices are connected to the same Internet network, have the same IP. Click on the icon with 4 horizontal lines at the top left of the page, then on the bottom of the page you'll see the IP.

To have the same IP, the devices must have the first 3 groups of identical figures - 192.168.0, only the last group differs.

Step 4:

- Check to be the same version of the application on both devices. Click on the icon with 4 horizontal lines at the top left of the page, then on the bottom of the page you'll see the version of the application.

Step 5:

- Synchronize the device manually by going to the 4-line horizontal icon at the top left of the page. Touch Sync device.
