If you have products that are marked on a table, but you changed your mind and you want to cancel some of them, here is how you can cancel a product.
- First, if the products have been marked, but not yet saved on the table, you can simply click on the product and it will be cancelled.
- Second, if the products were already saved on the table, you can click on the Option buttons (the circle with 3 points).
After that, you have to click on the Void button.
It will open a new window, where you have to click on the product you want to be cancelled and this will appear on the right part (Voided Products). Don't forget to save.
The number of voided items will appear on the dotted circle as a notification. This will not affect your fiscal receipt.
