In order to see if your printer is communicating with the Ebriza POS, here is what you need to do:




1. - On the top left side of your POS Screen, push the Options Button.


2. - After clicking the button, a list of options will drop down. Click on Printers.


3. - You now have a list of the printers connected to your account. If the icon of the picture is RED, then the printer is not communicating with the application. If it is GREEN, then that means it is connected.
