When you will open a table and add a product on the order you will see 2 fast payment options, one for cash and one credit card payments.
After you have closed the order by printing the fiscal receipt the page will remain on the categories, so you can add new products on a new order.
This is used when you need to mark products and print right away the fiscal receipt.
To sell in counter mode, what you need to do is to access the "Settings" section from the POS.
And just check the "Counter mode" option.
