If you need to issue an invoice to a customer however you can not find it, you will need to create it.
*For creating a new customer you will need to have the Clients Application installed as the information will be saved there as well.*
You have two options to create a new client in POS:
1. From Receipts, click long on the bill for which you want to issue the invoice, choose Send invoice to E-mail or Print invoice. It will open a new window, where you can select the client or add it. All you have to do is click on the + icon.
2. Once you have marked the products on the table, go to order Options, click Loyalty / Promotions.
3. Either tap on the user icon at the top left of the order.
Here you will need to add the details of the new client, if he is a individual or you can search for Tax ID Number, if the client is a company.
Don't forget to Save.
