What are the models and what are their real life counterparts

Company

An Ebriza Client is represented by a Company. A Company can have multiple Locations.
The way you should imagine this is that a restaurant owner has multiple venues (locations) and he wants to control all of them in a single dashboard. In this way he has one account, which represents the brand, and inside that account has multiple locations which represent the actual physical venues. So for example:
"Big Fancy Restaurant & Co" - Is one company and has one account

• "North Side Big Fancy Restaurant & Co" - One location of this restaurant and this account
• "Kiosk City Center" - Another location of this restaurant and this account
