A new user can be created only from the Administration area.

 

1. Go to the Account Settings tab in the menu and select the category Users.

A user can be added by clicking on the + sign.




2. Fill in all the information and afterwards save your work.


 

User name -  In this field you will enter the user name that will be used when logging in.

Last and first name - You will enter the full name of the user.

Email - This is where you will enter the Email address of the new user who will receive an Email with the activation link. 

Phone number - This is where you can enter the users phone number and he will receive an activation link in an SMS

CAREFUL!!! The activation link is only valid for 24 hours!!! If the new user doesn't activate his account during this time-span, you will have to resend the activation.

Protocol - Here you can enter the protocol for each user. This is a sum of money that can be used by a user to purchase products (meals, drinks).

There are 3 distinct scenarios regarding the protocol:

  1. If you put in "0" in the field, the user will not be able to save any products on protocol in the POS;

  2. If you leave the field blank, the user will have unlimited protocol and he will be able to save as many products as he wants on his user;

  3. If you enter any value (greater than 0) the user will be able to purchase products for that amount.



3. The last step is to give permissions to your user.



This can be either done by  assigning a certain role or edit the permissions manually.





Click Save when done.
