What do I need to do if I want to transfer goods from one location to another
- Transfer Note is the document that confirms the fact that products have been transferred from one location to another.
- Waybill is the document that confirms the fact that products have been transferred between 2 physically distinct locations; for example, when you need a car to transport the goods.
1. Go to Stock Management - Stocks and tick the goods that are to be transferred
2. After you have selected them click on the 2 arrows from the top right corner;
- Select the location where you want to transfer the stocks
- Check one of the boxes (Waybill or Transfer note)
- Fill in the "Transfer Value" field, add the amount you want to transfer
- Save
3. The waybill or transfer will be generated automatically:
The waybill or transfer note can be printed or downloaded as PDF
4. If you have chosen to make the transfer without any document, then Ebriza will automatically transfer the stock without issuing any kind of document.
